Terms & Conditions

These terms apply to installment payment agreements offered by Adult Cred LLC, a New Jersey company ("Adult Cred", "we", "us"), and to use of this customer portal. By signing an agreement or using the portal, you agree to these terms.

1. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old (or the age required by law for the purchase) and approved by Adult Cred. Each customer may hold one active agreement at a time.

2. Payment schedule

• A down payment of 40% of the agreement total is due at checkout.
• The remaining 60% is paid in three installments of about 20% each, every 30 days.
• Installments begin after a 5-business-day fulfillment window that starts on the first business day after checkout.
• Your exact amounts and dates are shown in your portal and agreement.

3. Interest and fees

• Agreements carry 0% interest.
• An introductory one-time 3.5% setup fee applies to the first 100 eligible customers, as disclosed in the accepted agreement. The setup-fee basis is product price plus sales tax, excluding shipping.
• No separate card-processing surcharge or additional $2 identity-verification fee is added.
• If any balance remains unpaid more than 90 days after it is due, a one-time $10 late fee may be added.

4. Payments and balance

Your remaining balance equals the agreement total minus all payments received. Any overpayment will be reviewed and refunded or credited. Online payments may not always be available; contact us for other payment options.

5. Products

Products are sold and fulfilled by the participating retailer. Questions about product quality, shipping, or returns should go to the retailer, and any refund may change your balance.

6. Your account

Keep your login private. You are responsible for activity under your account. You may turn on two-step verification for extra protection.

7. Missed payments

If payments are missed, your agreement may be marked past due and we may contact you about the balance owed.

8. Changes

We may update these terms. Changes do not alter the amounts in an agreement you already signed unless you agree.

9. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of New Jersey.
